Kavalier: 

Problem: Develop a retail store concept including a 6 month buying plan. 

 

Action: Collaborated with a partner to conceptualize and design a retail store. Researched locations, customers, and advertising strategies. Developed Excel spreadsheets with buying plans and a profit and loss statement. 

 

Result: A 6 month buying plan that is appropriate for the retail store and customer that offers jeans for a wide variety of women.
